One day I was walking back home from drawing class. I saw a homeless man next to our community pool. He was staring at us and started walking fast at us. Me and my mom walked faster and faster. And when we came home we turned the lights off, locked the doors, and stayed silent. We were scared. Then the man went to my mom’s friend’s house and waited there. My mom called her friend and told her that a homeless man was walking back and forth near their home. Then after a while, he sat on the tables in the barbeque area which is also near their home, and started staring. This scared everyone in our community because we didn’t know him and he was stalking us.

This gave me an idea for my prototype! It is a small camera, a burglar alarm! It has a solar panel energy efficiency and no need for batteries. It detects when an unknown person shows up near your home at any time, sends you a message immediately, and flashes a light outside. If you are not a home and you see a dangerous person near your home you can use the report function in the app of my product to call the cops. It will take a picture of the faces. and you (the user) can confirm whether or not you know this person. This will save the picture of that person as not a threat. It will also check if you leave your home and the number of people in your house.
